Leslie's meal plan of good intentions

Whether or not these will happen is unknown...

Monday: Baked chicken in the crockpot, steamed veggies & rice

Tuesday: Sloppy joes w/ onions and pickles, baked chips and oven mac and cheese

Wednesday:
Chicken & Broccoli skillet
(leftover chick from Mon) using the low sodium stuffing, fruit salad

Thursday: pasta of some sort, garlic toast & salad. (the one meal I can guarantee B will eat all week)

Friday: homemade pizza

Usually do leftovers on the weekend and fix big breakfasts instead.

  1. I haven't made sloppy joes in months...good suggestion...i love it when the bun soaks so much sloppiness that it reverts to it's almost doughy form. have i gone too far?
