Tang's Meals (Christmas Week, yay!)

1) Broccoli Cheddar Soup in crockpot with deli sandwiches

2) Chicken/Spinach Quiche

3) Spaghetti w/ Meatballs (making tons of meatballs and freezing to use again)

For Christmas Eve when everyone comes over, I'm making meatballs in sweet and spicy sauce, artichoke parm dip, mini pork bbq sandwiches (thanks for the idea A!), cranberry nut cheese log, and people are bringing the rest of the food. Also, making a citrus slush punch (that people can add vodka too if over 21!) & a "cocoa&coffee chocolate cake"! Can you tell I'm excited for Christmas Eve lol?

The Fellers are Back and A Little Laid Back

1) Pulled Pork Sandwiches w/ Cole Slaw...I don't eat cole slaw but the hubby does.

2) Leslie's Meatloaf w/ Red Skinned Potatoes and Mixed Veggies.

3) Omelets & Toast (My mom taught me how to make the best freaking omelets this week. I swear she should work at the omelet buffet in a hotel lobby! She's got some mad skillet skillz.)

4) Spaghetti and Salad

5) Ham, Scalloped Potatoes and Veggies...My in-laws gave us a ham a little while ago and it's been staring at me from the freezer for weeks...Lord only knows how long it will take us to eat the whole thing.

Tang's Meals (Week of Dec. 6)

1. Chicken Enchiladas a la Toonces

2. Baby-back ribs (just try not to sing the Chili's song right now) with mashed potatoes and green beans

3. Homemade Italian meat sauce over pasta with garlic bread (the recipe I use makes 10 cups so I freeze the extra)

4. Beef Chili (I always do half black beans/ half regular in mine)

Fellers are in Florida!

We are leaving for Florida on Monday AM so I don't have to make a meal plan - Yea! We'll be w/ my 'rents at a condo so I'll be a "helper" for the week. My mom usually comendeers the kitchen...and I'm happy to go along.

Meatloaf, potatoes, onions and carrots - use 1lb ground beef 1lb ground sausage made into 2 1lb loafs & freeze the extra for next week - perfect size for us.

Homemade pizza for B/Omelette for me lol he eats a whole pizza minus maybe a piece or two so sometimes I don't feel like waiting for the second one.

Tang's Week of Laziness

It's a no-planning sort of week! I love it. :-)
