My first attempt was a disaster lol! i bought the wrong kind of mexican cheese, queso fresca instead of queso blanco, and apparently queso fresca doesn't melt! and then when i was seasoning the chicken, the whole lid fell off and i dumped the whole bottle on it lol! trevor did an emergency burger king run that night!
be careful not to get too close to the original on the Pollo Supreme...you may have a host of Engineers at your door every Tuesday for lunch. :)
