Wednesday- leftover roast with noodles

Thursday - Bringing my chicken noodle casserole for turkey haters (me)!

Planning on making up a breakfast casserole ahead of time for a lazy weekend meal...

I'm on here guys-- i am researching a recipe and will post one tonight-

Tangie's Meal Plan (Week of Nov 1)

I'm doing Weight Watchers so trying to keep it light. On nights that I don't cook I usually pop in a lean cuisine and make the husband a pizza if we don't have other plans. I give myself one meal a week where I splurge and eat what I want whether it's at a restaurant or I make it.

1. Teriyaki Chicken with brown rice and broccoli

2. Crock Pot Chicken Chili - really like the blog I found this recipe on.

3. BBQ Beef Sandwiches (I use Lora's Lean BBQ Beef- no work!) with oven baked sweet potato fries

4. Salsa Chicken Fiesta - This recipe is so simple, with few ingredients, and surprisingly good! I love all the "bakes" you can do with Bisquick - I use the heart smart Bisquick to save on some points!

5. Whole grain penne pasta bake, with light caesar salad.

Amanda's Meals for Nov 1 -7

I usually plan 4 or 5 meals per week. The other 2 or 3 days we either eat leftovers, take out/eat out, or we eat at the house of family or friends.

1) Pasta Primavera Alfredo w/ Carrots, Broccoli and Chicken ( http://www.kraftfoods.com/kf/recipes/pasta-primavera-alfredo-54199.aspx ) ( I added chicken for my meat loving husband.)

2) Roasted Turkey Breast, Mac n' Cheese (sister forced me to try Stouffers Frozen Mac n' Ch) and Steamer Veggie (this will probably be 2 day's worth of meals)

3) Roast in crock pot, Breakstones Cheesy Potatoes, and Steamer Veggie

4) Breakfast for Dinner: Eggs, Southern Fried Potatoes, Bacon -- all in one pot --Yea! (http://www.kraftfoods.com/kf/recipes/cheesy-hash-skillet-114692.aspx )

5) Spaghetti, Green Salad, Texas Toast

I hope my clickies work.

Little Corner of the Web

This is just a little corner of the web that is carved out for my goils to share their dinner plans for the week. Maybe it will make recipe planning a little easier. Maybe you'll want to be invited over for dinner more. Or maybe you'll just have an oven fantasy while you're eating chinese take out.
