Breaking the Body

These are the meals I planned during church...are you surprised they're not heavy on communion wafers?

1) French Toast w/ a Berry Compote and Turkey Sausage (never got to that last week)

2) Grilled Teriyaki Shrimp w/ a Veggie Stir Fry

3) Whole Wheat Spaghetti w/ a Big Salad

4) Brats and Turkey Burgers w/ homemade Broccoli Slaw and another Deli Salad (TBD)

joinalizin'

- tex mex beef enchiladas (with homemade sauce!). I divided recipe in to 2 so I could freeze one.
- laura's lean burgers with sweet potato fries and roasted broccoli
- low fat cheese stuffed shells (ww recipe) with homemade roasted tomato sauce (found a good recipe to use up all my tomatoes with!) i made the shells up on sunday and made 3 freezer meals out of them.
- stir fry- brown rice, chicken, broccoli, onion, teriyaki sauce.
- omelet night! T-man brought me some cage-free eggs home from his work buddy! Probably won't be as good as Ruthie's green ones tho ;-)
