Heading to the Table this Week:

1) New Hungry Girl Recipe: Spaghetti Pie w/ a Salad
(If you can believe it, pureed pumpkin is on the ingredient list. )

2) Hungry Girl Coconut Shrimp (baked not fried!) and Broccoli Slaw

3) BBQ Chicken w/ Parm Risotto and a Veggie

4) Big Salad w/ strawberries, green peppers, cucumbers, mushrooms,
bacon, hard boiled eggs, bleu cheese and walnuts
